Kathmandu – The Department of Passport has decided to keep its offices open even during upcoming public holidays to ensure uninterrupted service delivery to citizens.

According to an official notice issued by the department, services will continue on the occasions of Gyalpo Lhosar and Democracy Day, despite the government-declared holidays. The office will operate from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on both days with limited service hours.

On the first holiday, the department will focus on passport distribution, while on the second day, it will collect new passport application forms, officials stated.
